Configuration Management (CM)
Our Navy CM experience includes extensive acquisition and life cycle efforts. We have developed and maintained CM databases, CM Plans, Configuration Control Board (CCB) Charters, Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) Plans and Planning Yard Plans. We have supported Technical Scope Reviews (TSRs), CCBs, PCAs and other CM related evolutions. We have developed Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Headquarters Modification Requests (HMRs) and maintained master copies of contract specifications. We have also assisted with in depth cost analyses of shipyard and hardware manufacturer ECPs.
We are currently providing all of the above support to the Navy. For example, we have created and currently maintain a CM Database tracking all changes for the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS), Side Connector, Lighter Amphibious ReSupply Cargo 5 ton (LARC V) and Amphibious Bulk Liquid Transfer System (ABLTS) systems. We have also assisted in assimilating a variety of inputs regarding shipyard ECPs and provided comprehensive and detailed reviews (including detailed cost estimates).
