Our experienced and savvy cadre of Navy logisticians understand Acquisition/Life Cycle ILS for both shipboard and shore facilities. Our areas of expertise include Expeditionary Warfare, Maritime Prepositioned Forces, Construction Forces (SeaBees) and Navy Amphibious Units. Thus, we know and assist our customers regularly with both Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSALs) and Tables of Allowance (TOAs). We also know the ins and outs of providing high quality logistics support in a variety of environments as we are currently successfully providing support to a headquarters program office as well as at the shipyard, operator and warehouse levels.

In support of the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS), for example, we are currently providing extensive Technical Manual management and review assistance, helping with the development of PMS including quality assuring the shipyard's Reliability and Maintainability deliverables, and assisting with the identification and procurement of spares and repair parts. We also have drafted Logistics plans for this program such as the User Logistics Support Summary and Class Maintenance Plan.

PAI also performs warehousing, material handling, and inventory management for the Navy. This includes inventorying, sourcing and procuring shortfalls, operational planning and scheduling, packaging and assembly, and customer service. We are involved in all levels of planning and execution including strategic, operational and tactical. Our logisticians integrate these functions by meeting daily with our customers and thus help coordinate and optimize war fighting capabilities, sustainment and efficient use of their resources.
