The United States Joint Forces Command Joint Concept Development and Experimentation Directorate (JCDE/J9) leads the development of emerging joint concepts, conducts and enables joint experimentation and coordinates Department of Defense efforts to provide joint capabilities that support the current and future joint force commander in meeting security challenges. PAI will assist JCDE/J9 Senior Managers with program management functions including: developing acquisition strategies and plans, drafting performance work statements, drafting contract data requirements lists, preparing contract changes, and requirements analysis.
