Site Manager
**Location:** Djibouti, Africa
**Reports To:** Program Manager / Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
Job Summary
Professional Analysis, Inc. is currently soliciting applications for the position of Site Manager, located in the Djibouti, Africa area to serve on our Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Contract contingent on award.
The Site Manager serves as the primary authority for all contract performance and is responsible for overall supervision of contractor employees. This role ensures proper planning, management, and execution of logistics operations, while serving as the central point of contact with the Government.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide overall management and supervision of contract personnel, ensuring resources are effectively utilized.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Government, responding to all communications in a timely manner.
• Plan, control, and coordinate distribution management operations of comparable size and complexity.
• Ensure accurate and timely reports are delivered and contract requirements are met efficiently.
• Execute cost saving measures, enforce safety and occupational health standards, and conduct quality control surveillances.
• Utilize WMS and other Government Data Systems in alignment with DLA SOPs and audit readiness requirements.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to subordinate supervisors and leads.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards at all times.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business Administration required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in distribution management, or ten (10) years of progressive management experience in operations of similar size/complexity.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience using automated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within the past five (5) years.
• Army SSA experience required.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance.
