Warehouse Specialist Supervisor

**Reports To:** Site Manager / Alternate Site Manager
Job Summary
Professional Analysis, Inc. is currently soliciting applications for the position of Warehouse Specialist Supervisor, located in the Djibouti, Africa area to serve on our Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Contract contingent on award.
The Warehouse Specialist Supervisor oversees storage and distribution operations with responsibility for managing employees engaged in receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing materials, equipment, and commodities.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee and direct employees engaged in storage and distribution activities using automated and manual equipment.
• Plan and assign work to subordinates, equipment, and facilities based on projected workload.
• Establish work deadlines, priorities, and sequences in line with Site Manager guidance.
• Redirect workers and resources to handle unanticipated workloads and fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and proper use of WMS and Government Data Systems.
• Perform safety and occupational health management, inspections, and enforcement within operations.
• Provide workload forecasts, staffing needs assessments, and scheduling recommendations.
Requirements
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in distribution and warehousing using DLA’s WMS or equivalent within the past five (5) years.
• Army SSA experience required.
• Supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance.
