Supply Systems Analyst

**Location:** Djibouti, Africa

**Reports To:** Site Manager / Alternate Site Manager

Job Summary

Professional Analysis, Inc. is currently soliciting applications for the position of Supply Systems Analyst, located in the Djibouti, Africa area to serve on our Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Contract contingent on award.

The Supply Systems Analyst analyzes supply data and systems to identify problems, recommend improvements, and support efficient warehouse management operations. Serves as the focal point for Government communications on WMS matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze supply system transactions and data to identify issues and inefficiencies.

• Recommend consolidation, elimination, or expansion of interrelated supply system functions.

• Evaluate impacts of new or proposed regulatory/system changes.

• Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural problems.

• Provide technical advisory services on data analysis and quality control procedures.

• Serve as WMS Point of Contact (POC) for Government communication.

• Manage and control material through all phases of warehousing, issue, packing, and transportation.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience using WMS or equivalent system within the past five (5) years.

• Broad knowledge of supply program relationships and distribution operations.

• Thorough knowledge of supply policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance.
