Position Overview

Professional Analysis Inc. (PAI) is seeking a Senior Clerical and Administrative Assistant-Supervisor to provide high-level administrative and clerical support within a Department of Defense program office environment.This role supports organizational operations by managing complex administrative activities, coordinating office workflows, and ensuring daily functions are executed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently in a professional government setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level administrative and clerical support to organizational staff
  • Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence and administrative documents
  • Assist with travel documentation and travel voucher preparation as directed
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference calls
  • Coordinate and receive visitors, including senior staff and external stakeholders
  • Handle information requests and maintain organized administrative records
  • Perform clerical tasks supporting daily office operations
  • Ensure work products meet established standards for accuracy, format, and timeliness

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant discipline
  • Experience: Ten (10) or more years of experience performing clerical or administrative support functions
  • Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance (required)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a government or regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government organizations
  • Familiarity with administrative workflows such as scheduling, correspondence, and travel support
  • Experience working in high-tempo, mission-focused environments
